Natalie Lorenz hails from beautiful South Africa but has been fortunate to call the US her home for 17 years. A working career that has taken her from the corporate world to being a small business owner and a professional mom, and now the spearhead of Decorus Home Staging.
Natalie leads a team of award-winning luxury vacant home stagers and has taken her business from an incubator startup to a 7 figure business in 5 years. She has been voted Top 100 most influential People in Real Estate Staging for 4 years running. She has been a guest speaker at numerous Real Estate and Staging Conferences, with talks ranging from Luxury Home Staging to Staging Logistics. She has served as leader in the staging industry for 5+ years. She is accredited through Certified Staging Professionals, Staging Design Professional, Short Term Rental Stylist and a Certified Color Consultant.
Shane retired from the Tech Industry in 2015 and joined forces with his wife, Natalie and together they started Decorus Home Staging in 2017. With Shane’s background in scalability and operations, he translated his expertise to the staging industry, helping grow Decorus Home Staging into a well-oiled machine. Shane has quickly become known as the expert in Staging Logistics and often consults with staging companies to help identify and fix their logistics pain points. Through his own trials and tribulations, Shane, with the help of Natalie researched and developed re-usable furniture covers (patent pending) to protect staging inventory to help eliminate plastic wrap in the industry and increase productivity. Through this, Jutus Staging Solutions was born and is quickly expanding to support the staging industry with all their pain points, from inventory protection, bulk artwork, bulk bedding and logistics consultation. His passion for the industry fuels his drive to be of service and help where he can.
