To bring a guest to RESACON at the discounted rate for members you would need to sign your guest up for a RESA membership (unless they are already an active member). 
 
You can sign them up for a membership and then register them to get the best rate. Otherwise, the additional guest(s) will register at non-member pricing.

Due to contract guarantees with the hotel facility, there are no refunds. If you are unable to attend you will be able to receive the recorded sessions and view them on-demand.

Absolutely! When we consider educational sessions for RESACON we try to make sure there are sessions for each level of business. Attending RESACON will help give you the tools and confidence you need to kickstart your staging business!

Attendees and those who purchased the on-demand RESACON ticket will gain access to on-demand sessions after RESACON and will have access to the content for 6 months following the date recieced.

Attendees will have access to the content for 6 months following the event.

Business casual. Dress in layers as event space tends to run hot and cold. Feel free to dress up Cocktail attire for the networking/tradeshow and the awards dinner.

Attendees may not record audio or video of sessions at RESACON. RESA® allows cameras on the show floor. Attendees may take pictures within the show for purposes of company or annual reports, company media pieces, marketing materials, etc.

Your in-person RESACON ticket includes 6 months of on-demand access to the recorded session after the event is over.

RESA®, the convention facility, and all attendees are required to follow the state or any federal mandates regarding COVID-19.

There will be hand sanitizer stations throughout the hotel. The hotel practices enhanced cleaning protocols for every space of the hotel; especially for high-traffic spaces and high-touch surfaces.

All persons attending certify to the best of their knowledge, information and belief that neither they nor any person with whom they have had contact have been exposed to or tested positive with COVID-19 or await the results of a test for COVID-19. By attending RESACON, you hereby release and hold harmless RESA® and their agents, employees, officers, directors, predecessors, successors, subcontractors, and insurers from all claims, actions, damages, and liabilities whatsoever, including those currently known and those which may arise in the future, related in any way to the actual or alleged transmission of COVID-19, regardless of the cause of action or theory of recovery asserted, including, but not limited to claims based on allegations of negligence.
