Since launching her award winning staging company in 2004, Successful Staging, Bobbie McGrath has staged and/or consulted on over 8,000 properties. Since the first day in her business, Bobbie has focused on educating everyone on the distinct marketing advantage staging provides. She has sought any tool or technique which would allow her to better convey these advantages to sellers, Realtors, and fellow stagers. Her resulting communication techniques have led to presenting at the RESA International Conference, speaking and training Realtors and Home Stagers in Australia, Canada, China and the U.S. She has also been a repeat featured guest on many top rated home staging podcasts.

Being named numerous times as one of the “Top Ten Home Stagers of the Year – Occupied, USA™” and “Most Influential” by her peers, Bobbie has created the “2019 RESA Most Innovative Product or Service of the Year” the Occupied Consultation Specialist® course. OCS students report feeling “more confident” and “empowered”” once they complete her course. Home sellers use words such as “great communicator,” “positive,” and “magical” when describing their experience when experiencing her time tested techniques.
