As a former member of a private professional liability & malpractice defense group, Joe Denneler defended home inspectors, termite inspectors, title agents, real estate appraisers, real estate brokers, lawyers, accountants, insurance brokers and various other businesses in litigation matters.
Joe has significant experience defending commercial fleet operators and drivers of tractor-trailer combinations, busses, taxis and limousines. In addition, Joe has extensive experience in insurance coverage disputes and casualty fire claims. Joe is an experienced trial attorney who has successfully defended several cases to verdict and has argued many appeals in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
He has developed a network of lawyers nationwide that can assist in pre-claim and litigation defense matters.
